Built for the Ford 10R140 

The Ford 10R140 is a 10-speed automatic transmission engineered for heavy-duty Super Duty F-Series trucks. Rated at 475 hp and 1,050 ft-lbs of torque with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel, and also available with Ford's 7.3L Godzilla V8, it's one of the most capable factory transmissions on the market.

Its Lepelletier geartrain uses four planetary gear sets and multiple inputs to achieve 10 forward speeds — with gears 8–10 as overdrive ratios for maximum top speed and minimal engine strain. Gear ratios span from 4.61:1 (1st) to 0.63:1 (10th).
