Take control of your performance. This intake features three air inlet points for maximum airflow. Want to fine-tune your setup? We include an optional box plug that lets you seal off one inlet point to prioritize cooler air intake in extreme heat conditions.

When to Use the Box Plug:

Stock intake boxes restrict airflow, which is why S&B designs custom airboxes with secondary and enlarged openings. While we prioritize maximum airflow, we also recognize the benefits of cooler air. For optimal performance, we recommend running without the box plug in most conditions. Use the plug only during extreme heatwaves when cooler air intake becomes more critical than maximum volume.
