The ARP 247-4203 Diesel Head Stud Kit is a cylinder-head fastener upgrade for 1989–1998 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with the 5.9L 12-valve Cummins diesel engine. Whether you’re tackling a head gasket repair or planning an engine rebuild, this kit provides head studs for securing the cylinder head to the engine block.
For 12-valve Cummins applications only, not 1998 24-valve engines. Follow ARP’s kit-specific installation instructions, lubricant requirements, torque sequence, and torque specifications for proper installation.
