S&B's 60-gallon fuel tank directly replaces the OEM 34-gallon tank without any cutting, drilling, or special modifications, making for a trouble-free, faster installation process. With 5 more gallons of capacity than competitor tanks, you'll save time, go further, and get more out of your truck.

Factory Skid Plate Compatible

Unlike competitor tanks, the S&B tank was designed to allow you to reuse your factory skid plate if your truck is equipped with one. We also designed a smaller, factory-style skid plate to cover the front of the larger S&B tank, maintaining complete undercarriage protection.

Important Notes: The nozzle at high-flow fuel stations (truck stops) will not be able to fill automatically.

This tank holds approximately 60 gallons of fuel. The float's empty position in the S&B Tank is the same as the OEM tank. Since the bottom surface area on the S&B Tank is larger, the 60-gallon tank with have a greater fuel reserve.

According to the Ford TSB 17-0046. If your truck has a build date prior to 3-20-17. Replace the fuel Level Sender Resistor Card Assembly with Ford part # HC3Z-9A299-N.

If you purchased this tank prior to 1/1/2024, it won't fit 2023+ High Output models as a revision was made to accommodate the fuel line going to the DPF.
